MY RESOLUTIONS FOR 2016

Let’s get personal.
I’m not a believer of resolutions actually, maybe it’s because I always fail haha, but it’s always a good thing to have some new goals for a new year. So I looked back through 2015 & made a list of things I would like to do differently this year.

BEING MORE ASSERTIVE
This was quite a big issue in 2015. I’m not an assertive person at all & that’s why several negative things happened last year. I think when I’m more assertive several situations will be so much easier & I definitely will be proud of myself when stand up for myself. Let’s go for it!

HEALTHY SNACKS DURING THE WEEK
I love chocolate, candy & chips, but I also really love fruit and unsalted nuts. So why not trying to eat some more fruit and less chocolate and candy? Only chocolate in the weekends from now on, yay!

100 SQUATS EVERY OTHER DAY
I just did the 30 day squat challenge and it actually was quite satisfying. I think this is the perfect time to stimulate myself doing 100 squats every other day. It only takes 15 minutes a day!

MORE READING, SOME SELF-EDUCATION
I want to learn something new! Not sure what I want to learn, but I want to go deeper into fashion. I studied Fashion Communication and graduated a long time ago already, and I think it’s time to do some new education myself & integrate my knowledge in the blog.

    This are great resolutions. The simplest and most thoughtful are the ones that usually stick for me.

    Goeie doelen! Hier ook niet sterk geloof in voornemens maar wel ben ik begonnen met een gezond eet schema en meer structuur in eten en zo ook sporten! Met als doel *Volhouden haha:p!
