I’m a person who loves food, who loves all the C’s: chocolate, chips & candy.. And I know I’m not to only one ;)
But wel all know it’s really important to eat healthy. How to start eating more healthy when you’re so in love with all those sweets? I’m going to help you (and myself ;))
You don’t need to make a radical change in what you usually eat. When you’re trying too hard and change your whole ‘food scheme’ you’ll fail a couple of weeks later. Just start small. Some little changes can make a big difference. So, there we go..
DRINK WATER INSTEAD OF SODA
Try to drink water in stead of soda. Especially at school or work it’s quite easy to go for water. Just take a small bottle with you all the time & drink enough. Your skin will look so much better & you’ll feel more healthy quite quickly.
If you want to drink soda some times.. Just make an agreement with yourself by only drinking soda it in the weekends.
START YOUR DAY WITH BANANA PANCAKES
I swear on these.. Banana pancakes are lovely and super healthy! I’m sure you’ll love them :)
How you make them?
1. Mash 2 eggs and 1 banana together till it’s all smooth
2. Then bake them like a pancake
3. For some extra flavour you can add some cinnamon or extra fruit on top of it
EAT FRUIT IN STEAD OF SWEETS
I love to take a snack in the afternoon and around 9pm. And why not going for fruit in stead of sweets?
I know fruit is quite expensive, but sweets are expensive aswel, right? Let’s go for it!
TRY TO EAT MEALS THAT ARE HALF VEGETABLES AT LEAST
Just a little bit of rice or potatoes, a bit bigger part of meat or fish & quite a lot vegetables.
Vegetables are really tasteful when you bake them in the oven with some olive oil, garlic and pepper & salt on it. Yumm!
