Did you guys read my resolutions for 2016? ;) Talked about living more healthy & doing 100 squats every other day. Well, it’s still going well & I actually really enjoy going to the gym and working out at home lately.
At the beginning of January Hunkemöller asked me to pick some of my favorite items of the new Hunkemöller Sylvie Sport Collection. I checked the collection & fell in love. Normally, I’m doing my workouts in all-black, but these light pinks with little neon accents made me happy! You should check the whole collection here. Now let’s talk about how I stay fit & what my favorite exercises are:
Food: I love junk food, can’t help it. But since I’m eating healthier I also feel so much better & happier in some way. Hurray for fruit!
Squats & Lunges: When I work out I always train my legs & butt. These two are just the most important for me. And like I told you: still going strong with my 100 squats every other day, yay!
Abs: Then we got the abs. My stomach is quite flat itself, so it doesn’t need much attention. Fact is that I like doing abs workouts on the fitness bench that you can see on the picture, so I train my abs like twice a week I guess.
